From Pledge to Progress: How Corporations Have Advanced Two Years After George Floyd's Murder
In the spring of 2021, Seramount released Pledge to Progress, a report that highlighted corporate transparency around DEI progress after the May 2020 murder of George Floyd and the subsequent racial unrest. More than 100 U.S. corporations made pledges to improve racial representation and pay equity, and to bolster employment, health, and education in underserved communities.
Two years later, we at Seramount are remaining vigilant in our efforts to assess corporations and report on the progress being made on representation, pay equity, and building community wealth and support. This webinar will discuss the findings of our updated From Pledge to Progress research and provide advice for companies going forward.
